Sweet Dollies is located in Australia. All orders are processed in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and include GST for Australian customers.
We are an online-only store so all the products will be delivered directly to your address.

We do our best to keep our products in stock, but sometimes popular items are sold faster. While we can’t promise that an item will be restocked, you can sign up on the product page to receive a back-in-stock email notification for any products you are interested in.

Orders & Delivery
Sweet Dollies currently ship to Australia only.
We know you want to receive your Cutest Things as quickly as possible, so orders may take 7 – 15 business days to arrive, depending on the Country you are located. Please allow 2 – 3 business days for the order to be packaged and shipped.
You will receive FREE DELIVERY every time you spend a minimum of $79.90 on your order with us.
In accordance with consumer law, we do not offer refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong selection, so please check your order carefully before checking out.
We hope that you will be very happy with your Sweet Dollies purchase!
But if you have received incorrect, damaged, or faulty items, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund, replacement, or exchange. Please note we do not accept returns or provide refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or make a wrong selection.
A photo of the damaged item will be requested and validity of a damaged item will be at the discretion of the support agent.
Any damages to the boxes or the packaging of a product will not qualify for replacement if the content is undamaged. Due to inventory changes, any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your package. Replacement items will be shipped out in the next shipment once confirmed by the support agent. If we do not have the missing item in stock, we will refund the total amount of the item. For more information, please check out return policy.

Most late parcels arrive within 5 business days of their expected delivery date. If you think there is an issue with your delivery, please submit an enquiry with Australia Post or the designated post office in your Country and also let us know so we can help to resolve things.
If your package didn’t arrive because of an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, we will not be responsible. This, unfortunately, can happen when an address is incomplete or has been erroneously input on the buyer’s side.
We also cannot reship the products if we do not receive them back. However, if the mistake has occurred on our end we will accommodate to ensure you receive a new product without any further costs.
For all shipping issues, please contact us within 30 days of your order date so we have the best chance to get your package to you.
Billing & Payment
We currently accept payments through Paypal and all major credit cards. All payments are taken through our secure checkout and we will never share any of your details with third-parties.
Payment error can occur if your credit card has expired, or your balance is insufficient. Please use credit cards with valid expiry date.
