This Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to the following purchases through www.sweetdollies.com
We offer refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this Policy.
1. Any benefits set out in this Policy may apply in addition to consumer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. Before making a purchase, please read this Policy so that you can understand your rights and what you can expect from us if you are not satisfied with your order.
Refund
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair accessories.
We offer the product refund if you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund, replacement, or exchange. Please note we do not provide refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or make a wrong selection.
Exceptions & Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), hair accessories and personal care goods (such as beauty and makeup products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will NOT accept the refund or return if:
1. You did NOT keep the item in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels attached and in its original packaging.
2. Hair accessories, beauty Products and Makeup.
3. You misused the said product in a way which caused the problem.
4. Sale Items or Gift Cards.
5. Any other exceptions that apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
Response Time
We aim to process any requests for refunds within 3-5 business days of receipt.
Products Damaged During Delivery
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
1. Any damaged product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, together with any packaging and other items which you received with the damaged product.
2. Please contact us within 7 days from the date of receiving the product, so we can help you.
How to Return Products
You can contact us using the contact email provided at the end of this Policy to discuss a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide proof of purchase.
You may be required to provide a government issued identification to qualify for a refund or replacement.
- A photo of the damaged item will be requested and validity of a damaged item will be at the discretion of the support agent.
