We hope that you will be very happy with your Sweet Dollies purchase! However, if you have received incorrect, damaged, or faulty items, please notify us. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns
We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, all returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels attached and in its original packaging.
A photo of the damaged item will be requested and validity of a damaged item will be at the discretion of the support agent. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be requested.
Any damages to the boxes or the packaging of a product will not qualify for refund or replacement if the content is undamaged.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns Process
To return an item, please email us at hello@sweetdollies.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
Be aware that the time may vary for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
